Responsible for managing contractual obligations, client relations and commercial matters, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, budgets, agreed programmes and applicable standards.
Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising construction activities, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved programmes, project requirements and technical specifications.
Provides day to day management of construction projects, including planning, resource coordination, quality control, stakeholder communication and project reporting.
Provides day to day management of workplace safety programmes, including planning training, hazard identification, regulatory compliance, incident investigation and compliance reporting.
Provides administrative coordination, document management, contract administration and organisational support to ensure efficient business operations and effective internal and project related administration.
Provides administrative and organisational support, including document management, record keeping, project administration and coordination of routine administrative activities required for the effective operation of the company.
Provides independent external audit and professional financial services to In4Tech Business Solutions. The firm is an external professional service provider and not part of the company’s internal management structure.
